Tribute to Fine Chocolates

I recycled Valentine’s Day packaging, sans the foil It was my aunt’s birthday earlier this month. She likes chocolates from Jacques Torres, so I tried making her simple chocolate truffles. They taste great, but it was a joke trying to mold the ganache.

My youngest brother came out to the city last weekend. (Yay!) A few months back, Menkui Tei left a good impression as his first ramen restaurant. Stuff I Eat at Home Lately
