Seared sea scallops over an asparagus puree. The combination is alriiight.
Juiced mustard greens+apple, and (over-)steamed yu choy with oyster sauce.

It was my first time juicing raw mustard greens. It tastes so nasty. I actually felt nausea after struggling to finish the glass. Next time I’ll try cooking them to tame the bitterness.
